What the body
is still holding

For those who have spent years being the one who keeps going.

carrying. holding it all together.

While quietly losing touch with themselves along the way.

A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gradually create more room for choice.

The body remembers, too

Some days, you move through hard things with surprising ease.

Other days, even a small conversation feels like too much.

Our capacity isn't fixed. It shifts — with what we've lived through, and what we're carrying right now.

When life asks more than we can hold, the body adapts.

Quietly, intelligently, to help us keep going.

How I work

Every session unfolds at a pace that feels supportive for your system

— drawing from breathwork, somatic practices, and coaching-informed inquiry.

There's no need to have the right words, or arrive in a certain way. We begin with what's present for you today.

Over time, many people notice a little more space.

A deeper breath.

More room to choose.

Why 'Gradiva'

I carry Gradiva on my arm — a woman in motion.

One who, to me, embodies the courage to honour the past while continuing to walk forward.

I first met her in a museum, in a drawing by Salvador Dalí.

I didn't know her name. I didn't know what it meant.

But something in that image — the shift, the movement — held me there, unable to walk away.

Later, I learned: Gradiva means "she who walks forward."

Her story stayed with me — first in my mind, then in my body.

I, too, had always been moving. Forward, fast, without pause.

Until I chose to slow down. To meet my body. To meet myself.

This tattoo is not simply an art.

It reminds me of the path I choose, again and again:

one step inward, one step forward.

This is the heart of Gradiva Space — a space to return to the body, to presence, and to the quiet transformation that begins within.
